Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

• Pay Range: $15‑$17 per hour (based on experience)

  Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (may vary slightly)

  Inside the Mesquite area school

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities:
  Prepare curriculum and activities that align with program objectives, including structured fitness and educational play for all ages.
• Lead by example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, using positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. Document attendance, incidents, and other observations as required.
• Communicate effectively:
  Engage with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Background clearance completion required.
• One year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare group setting.
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
• Driving a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• At least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
