Make a meaningful impact by supporting students across multiple campuses as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time contract role places you at the forefront of behavioral support and intervention, working directly with a diverse student population in general and special education from now through late May 2027. As an itinerant BCBA, youll collaborate closely with school staff, providing expertise where it's needed most and ensuring that students receive comprehensive behavioral assessments and tailored support.

What

Were Seeking:
  • Active BCBA credential with current Texas licensure
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Familiarity with general education and special education environments
  • Proven ability to develop and implement staff training
  • Supervisory experience with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) a plus
  • Flexibility to travel between various school sites within the district
  • Attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
  • Candidates must be able to complete Texas Education Agency fingerprinting for credentialing, unless recently cleared in a public school district (allow up to 7 days for processing)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform FBAs for both general and special education students experiencing behavioral challenges
  • Deliver hands‑on training and guidance to school personnel
  • Oversee and mentor RBTs, ensuring best practices in behavioral intervention
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes
  • Document all behavioral assessments and interventions meticulously
