* Job Description:

** The Assistant Equipment Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment used in the cell manufacturing process. This role involves ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
** Responsibilities:**
* ** Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:**+ Perform regular maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment used in cell production.+ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.+ Maintain detailed records of equipment issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.+ Responsible for machine move-in, setup and operations before hand over to manufacturing.+ Ensure parts controlled in place in order to ensure high efficiency on parts control as well as minimum downtime.+

* ** Equipment Optimization:**+ Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.+ Implement modifications or upgrades to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.+ Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies or equipment into existing processes.+ Consistent improve machine downtime to ensure high machine efficiency.
* ** Installation and Commissioning:**+ Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.+ Ensure that all equipment is installed according to specifications and safety standards.+ Conduct testing and validation to confirm proper operation of new equipment.
* ** Technical Support and Training:**+ Provide technical support and guidance to production staff regarding equipment operation and maintenance.+ Develop and deliver training programs for staff on equipment use and best practices.
* ** Documentation and Reporting:**+ Maintain accurate documentation of equipment specifications, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.+ Prepare and present reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and improvement initiatives.
