Systems Engineer (SAP / MES / WMS)

Mesquite, TX (5 days on-site)

• Hands‑on opportunity to help stabilize and grow a smart factory’s digital infrastructure.
• Opportunity to learn and become SME in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution systems

• Own the health, configuration, and lifecycle of SAP, MES, and WMS— from setup and enhancements to day‑to‑day reliability.
• Translate business pain points into system improvements across Production, Logistics, and Ops; streamline workflows end to end.
• Act as tier‑3 support for complex incidents; tune performance, harden resilience, and minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute patches, releases, and platform upgrades with crisp change control and rollback readiness.
• Assess and pilot new tooling/automation that boosts throughput, visibility, and user productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in a senior systems engineering or infrastructure role.
• Proven experience supporting SAP, MES, and WMS platforms.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and system security.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Certifications like PMP or ITIL are preferred.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (nice to have)

Base salary targeted between $100K–$115K+, depending on experience and fit.
