Overview
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist I at Dallas Regional Medical Center. The role involves conducting diagnostic X‑ray procedures, operating X‑ray equipment to capture high‑quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans for patients.

- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols
- Maintain X‑ray equipment to ensure proper functioning and image quality standards
- Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort and safety during examinations
- Maintain accurate records of X‑ray procedures, including patient information and medical history
- Operate CT scanners and/or X‑ray machines, adjust settings to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high‑quality images, be proficient with C‑Arm fluoroscopic imaging techniques
- Maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) accreditation and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration status
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Effective July 1, 2017 applicable national certifications in two modalities required
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- Familiarity with State and Federal regulations
- One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred
- Proficient computer skills
