Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Human Resources and/or benefits administration preferred.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications/

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of benefits and compensation principles.
  • Proficiency in various software including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Strong desire to learn about employee benefits and HR practices.
Responsibilities

Assist in administering employee benefits programs, ensuring a smooth enrollment process, and providing excellent support to employees and facility HR regarding benefits inquiries. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Posted Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28.84.
