We are seeking a Payroll Manager to join our team!

Workday experience required.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred) or four-year degree in business administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience and knowledge of payroll process including payroll tax reporting and compliance, required.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with payroll software/HRIS (e.g. UKG, Workday, ADP).
  • Experience with Workday required.

  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll management
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities

Oversee the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effective management of payroll systems and staff. Integrates the organization’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
