• As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems.
• Employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems.
• Coordinate with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system builds.

• Knowledge of Linux, especially Ubuntu, Redhat, or CentOS
• CompTIA+, CCNA, Network+, or Linux+ certification
