• Provide service to existing insurance policyholders related to updating policies or coverages.
• Daily interaction with policyholders via email and phone.
• Assist the producing agent with marketing new and renewal business.
• Issuing certificates of insurance, invoicing, keep customer files and information up to date.
• Answering phone as needed.

• Hold a Texas CSR license.
• Prior CSR experience in a commercial property and casualty agency.
• Experience with Vertifore System / AMS 360.
• Prior commercial CSR or underwriting assistant with a general agency or carrier.
• Computer skill and expertise.
• Personal interaction with other insurance professionals.
• Desire for a career in commercial insurance.
• Prior office experience including computer skill and expertise.
• Personal interaction with clients and the public.
