Responsibilities- Provide service to existing insurance policyholders related to updating policies or coverages.
- Daily interaction with policyholders via email and phone.
- Assist the producing agent with marketing new and renewal business.
- Issuing certificates of insurance, invoicing, keep customer files and information up to date.
- Answering phone as needed.
- Hold a Texas CSR license.
- Prior CSR experience in a commercial property and casualty agency.
- Experience with Vertifore System / AMS 360.
- Prior commercial CSR or underwriting assistant with a general agency or carrier.
- Computer skill and expertise.
- Personal interaction with other insurance professionals.
- Desire for a career in commercial insurance.
- Prior office experience including computer skill and expertise.
- Personal interaction with clients and the public.
