Personal Injury Attorney (Pre‑Litigation or Litigation)

Location: Mesquite, TX

Compensation: Base salary $150,000+ (DOE) + performance incentives

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing personal injury law firm known for compassion, integrity, and results. With $150M+ recovered and 5,000+ cases handled, the firm is expanding its litigation and pre‑litigation teams and seeking a talented Personal Injury Attorney to make an impact from day one.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft and respond to discovery and motions; lead settlement negotiations
• Oversee support staff to ensure timely, high‑quality case progress
• Advocate for clients with professionalism, strategy, and persistence

• Licensed to practice in Texas (in good standing)
• 2–5 years of personal injury experience (pre‑litigation and/or litigation)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently
• Client‑focused, driven, and committed to excellence
