** Position Summary
** The Master Planning Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing integrated master planning strategies across U.S. manufacturing operations.

This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure demand and supply alignment, optimize production capacity, improve inventory efficiency, and support on-time customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), capacity management, and cross-functional coordination within a complex manufacturing environment.  
** Key Responsibilities
**** 1. Master Production Planning
*** Develop and maintain an integrated Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand, sales forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
* Coordinate production planning activities across multiple manufacturing facilities to ensure alignment with business priorities.
* Translate sales forecasts and customer orders into executable production plans.
* Monitor production performance against established plans and proactively address scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and material shortages.
* Establish short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons to support operational and business objectives.
** 2. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
*** Lead and coordinate the S&OP process to align demand forecasts, supply capabilities, inventory targets, and business priorities.
* Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to understand customer demand, order pipelines, and forecast changes.
* Work closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to evaluate production capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments.
* Identify supply-demand gaps and recommend solutions to support business continuity.
* Facilitate regular cross-functional planning meetings and provide management with actionable recommendations.
** 3. Capacity & Resource Planning
*** Evaluate manufacturing capacity, equipment utilization, labor availability, and production constraints.
* Develop capacity planning models to support production optimization and future business growth.
* Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
* Support resource allocation and production prioritization across manufacturing operations.
