Description:The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, leading a team of shipping/receiving, materials handling, and warehouse clerks. Responsibilities include leadership and supervision of staff, preservation of finished goods and raw materials, health & safety, cost management, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years in warehouse management, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Experience with local, national, and international logistics.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Organized, energetic, team-oriented.
- Flexibility in working hours is mandatory.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
