McDonald’s Owner-Operator with multiple restaurants is seeking an energized individual who has a passion for training and developing crew and managers. The Training Manager will be responsible to train, coach and mentor new managers, new crew members and existing management/crew members. The Training Manager will identify and monitor training needs across the organization, design, plan and implement the training programs necessary, conduct training in the restaurant and in classroom settings, and handle administration functions for this position.
The individual will also listen to NABIT calls/webinars, review new and updated procedures and deploy new items/products to all restaurants.
- Must be a McDonald’s HU graduate or equivalent, with a training background or experience deploying in McDonald’s preferred.
- MS Office proficient and computer skills.
- Organized and self‑motivated.
