* ** Production Management:**  + Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.  + Monitor production lines and adjust schedules and workflows to meet production targets.  + Ensure that production processes are operating within established quality and safety standards.  + Ensure meeting daily KPI.  + Responsible for the overall shop floor according to area/section assigned.  + Ensure all assigned production employees undergo required training and perform their job accordingly.  

+ Ensure to report daily achievement and issue to management  + Responsible for shop floor stock accuracy.
* ** Process Optimization:**  + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.  + Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.  + Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
* ** Quality Assurance:**  + Monitor and maintain product quality through regular inspections and testing.  + Investigate and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.  + Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
* ** Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:**  + Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.  + Collaborate with process and equipment teams to address complex problems and implement solutions.  + Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
* ** Safety and Compliance:**  + Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.  + Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.  + Develop and enforce safety procedures and training programs for production staff.
* ** Documentation and Reporting:**  + Maintain accurate records of production activities, including process changes, equipment checklist, and quality control.  + Prepare and present reports on production performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.  + Document and communicate best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* ** Team Collaboration and Training:**  + Work closely with production staff, engineers, and other departments to achieve production goals.  + Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.  + Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
* 1-3 years’ Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role within a high tech. manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control practices.
* Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and production management.
* Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MES, SPC).
