Our client, a growing OEM specializing in advanced cooling systems, is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will lead manufacturing, inventory, and quality operations, and support the build-out of automation systems and ERP implementation for our client’s new facility. This position is highly visible and hands‑on, requiring experience scaling manufacturing/production operations, preferably in a mechanical equipment or fluid systems environment.
You will work closely with leadership to align departments and drive operational efficiency, so the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment is essential. - Oversee production, quality, logistics, and inventory operations
- Lead process improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput
- Drive ERP system implementation and change management
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and service to align priorities
- Manage vendor relations to support automation and workflow systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and ASME standards
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team
- Support long‑term growth through capacity planning and CAPEX
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of operations experience required
- 5+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing experience required
- Experience scaling production operations required
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and quality systems required
- Proficiency with ERP and business operating systems required
