Description

Seeking a creative, self-motivated team player who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and deadline-oriented environment. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently. We are looking for someone resourceful with a positive attitude to support and enhance Kirksey’s marketing and business development efforts.

Knowledge of InDesign is required. The title will reflect experience and responsibility levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pursuit Coordination: Coordinate the process for assigned pursuits to ensure content is strategic, accurate, well-written, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate on responses to RFPs and marketing inquiries, working closely with marketing, business development, and Market Directors.
  • Develop proposal components to ensure content is comprehensive, client-specific, and aligns with brand standards.
  • Assist in creating interview and client presentation materials with Market Directors.

Marketing and Messaging:

  • Enhance visibility through event and conference planning and participation.
  • Identify and implement creative marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Draft content for the website, social media, and targeted marketing materials.

Support Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain project data on the website, intranet, and Vantagepoint, and update marketing collateral.
  • Assist with internal communications across offices.
  • Support event planning and attendance to increase firm visibility.

Kirksey Marketing requires a team-player who can support various tasks, including administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency in InDesign.
