, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients, while also supervising and coordinating the activities of the nursing staff. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and assigning tasks

• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize department operations

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families
