As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Mesquite Village Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our facility is committed to providing the best care for our patients, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team.
Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
Take and record vital signs, as well as monitor patient condition and report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including the handling of linens, supplies, and equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect

Requirements:Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients according to facility policies and procedures
