Recycle NOW has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman who will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service. In this position, you ll assist the local supervisor by ensuring that valet doorstep trash collection is executed seamlessly within the assigned territory. As a foreman, you ll step in to perform nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties whenever team members are unavailable.

You ll also conduct walk-throughs of properties facing service issues to uphold quality control and carry out courtesy check-ins with onsite team members, reinforcing our commitment to service excellence.

To be successful as a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman at Recycle NOW, candidates should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as this role requires efficient coordination of nightly trash pickups. A valid pickup truck is essential for this position, and we offer mileage reimbursement to support your transportation needs. Strong communication skills are crucial for performing courtesy check-ins with onsite team members and providing feedback on service quality.
