We are currently hiring Quality Support to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting solar modules and identifying quality issues to ensure products meet company standards. Shift: 6AM-6PM Mon-Sun Pay: $18.00-$18.75
Job Responsibilities- Inspect solar modules for breaks, scratches, damage, defects, and other quality issues
- Heavy Lifting required
- Carefully examine panels throughout the production process
- Follow quality and safety procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team members
- Help maintain production quality across approximately 1,000 panels per day
- Climate-controlled work environment
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
