Field Sales Representative Statewide Remodeling

Join the Field Sales Representative Statewide Remodeling role at Renuity.

As a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative, you will develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Average annual earnings are between $150,000 and $250,000 per year, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000.

• Learn the primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
• Apply consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

• Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales – a plus.
• Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
• Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Approachable demeanor.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
