Trophy Nissan is searching for self-confident, high energy self starters to join our award-winning Sales Team. The car business is hot and we need your help. Experience is a plus but not required. $4,000 GUARANTEED PAID TRAINING

Uncapped commission with $4,000 guaranteed pay during training. The average sales person earns around $6,000 per month. Top performers can expect to make more than $15,000 per month!

• The Automotive Sale Associate will nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties assigned.

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
