• Surface preparation:
  Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and priming them to ensure proper adhesion of plaster materials
• Plaster Application:
  Apply plaster or other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and structures using a variety of techniques, including hand trowels, mechanical sprayers, and plastering machines
• Texture and Finish:
  Achieve the desired texture and finish as per project specifications, which may include smooth, textured, or decorative surfaces
• Repair and Restoration:
  Repair and restore existing plaster surfaces by patching, filling, and matching textures to maintain the structural integrity and aesthetics of buildings
• Material Selection:
  Select and mix plaster materials, including gypsum, cement, lime, or acrylic-based products to meet project requirements
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment, to ensure a safe working environment
• Cleanup and Maintenance:
  Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and clean up the work area at the end of each day
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a plasterer or a related trade
• Proficiency in various plastering techniques and materials
• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math for measurements and calculations
