Maintenance Technicians Shifts

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Participate in safety audits and implement improvements to ensure the safety and efficiency of the plant.
• Perform machinery adjustments and calibrations as per the manufacturer's specifications.
• Assist in the setup of new equipment and conduct operator training to ensure proper use and maintenance.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, coordinate repairs, and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of performed maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial, food, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in equipment repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and working with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• A strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the construction industry.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
