Retro Fitness is looking for energetic Group Exercise Instructors to teach popular class formats including Zumba, Total Body Conditioning, Yoga, Silver Sneakers‑style classes, and similar programs. Our group classes are a core part of the member experience, and instructors who bring energy, structure, and connection help build strong class attendance and long‑term member loyalty.

• Teach scheduled group exercise classes with high energy and clear instruction.
• Deliver complete classes including warm‑up, workout, and cool‑down.
• Cue safe movement and offer modifications for all fitness levels.
• Arrive early to prepare music, equipment, and class space.
• Engage members before and after class to build participation.
• Track class attendance and communicate with club leadership.
• Represent the Retro Fitness brand in a positive and professional manner.

• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Group Exercise Certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism.
• Ability to move small equipment such as mats, steps, and dumbbells.
