Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Mon‑Fri 7am‑3:30pm
• A1 Shift: Sun‑Wed 5am‑3:30pm
• B Shift: Wed‑Sat 5am‑3:30pm
• C Shift: M/Tu/Th/F 5am‑3:30pm
• W Shift: Su/M/F/Sa 5am‑3:30pm

Compensation: $18‑20/hour

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently; handle all freight inbound or outbound; maintain orderly warehouse; load/unload trucks and trailers; ensure shipments are staged, checked, and loaded correctly; store stock; perform material handling services for shipping and receiving.

• Assist Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient operation.
• Operate sit‑down forklift and EPJs.
• Use computers and handheld RF equipment.
• Load and unload RJW trucks/trailers using proper procedures.
• Work 10‑12 hour shifts when necessary; not afraid of heights.
• Pick and move stock from 1 lb. to 50 lbs., multiple times.
• Ensure all shipments are correctly staged and loaded.
• Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping.
• Process outbound cross‑dock freight as necessary.
• Oversee proper storage and movement into racks.
• Work from warehouse operations sheets using forklift to pick orders.
• Verify shipments against paperwork for accuracy.
• Complete documentation and paperwork.
• Operate forklifts safely following OSHA, RJW policies.
• Wear seatbelts at all times.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance inspections.
• Handle customer products properly and orderly.
• Check deliveries for poor packing, condition, and damage; report issues.
• Report accidents, incidents, or damage to Shift Supervisor immediately.
• Spot trailers to maintain yard organization and equipment flow.
• Maintain access to dock doors inside and outside the facility.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

• Possess sense of urgency, accountability; work with limited supervision.
• Use computers and handheld RF equipment.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Flexibility for overtime and shift coverage.
• PC skills helpful.
• Major experience on sit‑down forklifts/EPJs.
• Experience building pallets and breaking down stock for orders.
• Experience in cross‑docking freight process.
• Works in a fast‑paced warehouse.

• 3–6 months forklift driving experience using sit‑down forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Good stable work record.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.
