You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management.
• Work to schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Deliver great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
• Transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Perform accurate math – add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging 36–90°F, with sudden changes.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces or tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks; depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Standing, walking, and short physical duties; lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough.
• Climbing stairs or ladders to change signs, perform maintenance.
• Forward bending, crouching, squatting, reaching above ceiling height.
• Eye‑hand coordination, use of forearms and wrists, handling pizza peel or cutter.

• Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; access to insured vehicle.
• Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing stairs.
• Deliver within a designated delivery area, possibly making several deliveries per shift.

Driving:
Delivery personnel may travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer location; may need to navigate five or more flights of stairs.
