Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring CDL-A SOLO Drivers based out of East Texas within 100 miles of Dallas.

Do you want the opportunity to run OTR, travel, and earn steady weekly pay? Perfect.

Do you have experience handling no-touch refrigerated freight? Even better.

• Route Details: OTR
• Hometime:
  Home every 2–3 weeks with 2–3 days off
• Freight:
  No-touch freight; primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight
• Delivery Locations:
  Haul lengths and destinations vary based on your residence
• Success Factors:
  Strong work ethic, dependable communication with customers and fleet managers

• Late‑model Freightliner automatic transmission trucks
• All trucks three years old or newer

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Minimum 3 months of CDL‑A experience
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English
• Must meet DOT requirements: physical, background check, drug screen
• Clean and safe driving record
• Professional, safety-focused, strong communicator
