Technical Accounting Manager

• Communicate with business partners to identify and resolve technical accounting issues
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses related to merchandise hedging programs
• Develop streamlined processes and promote teamwork across the organization
• Liaise with auditors during financial reporting to ensure accurate accounting issues
• Assess the impact of new accounting pronouncements and facilitate company-wide implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required
• Minimum of 6 years of experience, including 3-5 years in public accounting with a Big 4 firm
• Strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with accounting research tools
• Excellent project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working for a publicly traded company
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Oracle, and/or Essbase
