Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Description of the role

The Receptionist at Paretti Family of Dealerships will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will greet and assist customers, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized calendar
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Keep the reception area neat and presentable, ensuring it is a welcoming environment
• Provide accurate information about dealership products, services, and promotions

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, internet)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage customer inquiries effectively
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Must be able to work Tuesday through Friday 9:00 a.m.
  
  -6:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.
  
  -7:00 p.m. and every Saturday 8:00-5:00 p.m.
