• Maintain and support content in SharePoint for ongoing projects
• Plan and coordinate internal meetings, including logistics and attendee communication
• Schedule national virtual meetings using Zoom
• Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice, ensuring smooth operations
• Track deliverables and timelines for cyber initiatives and project management

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various levels of the organization

• Experience using Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
