We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and compassionate Asst. Camp Director to partner with our Camp Director for our six-week summer day camp program for neurodivergent children with autism and on the spectrum, Camp Benny. This rewarding role requires a dynamic leader who can create a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for campers while effectively managing a team of staff and maintaining open communication with families.
The camp provides structured activities designed to support social, emotional, and sensory development while ensuring a fun and memorable summer experience for children with diverse needs.
