IQ is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to grow our team. This role includes collecting outstanding balances, providing documentation, coordinating resolution of disputed invoices, and escalating high‑risk customer accounts when necessary.

• Communicate with businesses via the telephone and written correspondence.
• Complete activities such as phone calls, internet searches, third‑party report reviews, etc., to obtain reliable contact information.
• Maintain minimum account work standards as assigned by Management.
• Negotiate claims’ resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties.
• Establish agreements for lien releases.
• Acquire background information, when necessary.

• Exercise independent judgment.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and strong computer skills. Excel preferred.
• Critical thinker.
• Strong attention to detail and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to deescalate adverse situations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependability.
• Customer Service experience is REQUIRED.

• $18 - $20 per hour (DOE).
