Eisner Amper’s National Tax Office seeks a Senior to join our team. You’ll perform research and analysis on federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters, while drafting emails and memos and firm-wide alerts.
You will support Firm-wide training in federal income tax and assist with domestic tax due diligence in M&A transactions.
