Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT (R), BLS, and LA State License for a high-volume day shift assignment.
Responsibilities- Work in an Interventional Radiology unit handling 16-20 cases per day
- Day shift schedule of 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Required to take call one day per week
- Scheduled for 4-6 weekend shifts during the contract
- May float to the cath lab as needed
- Epic EMR experience required
- Priority given to candidates available with minimal or no RTO during Mardi Gras (2/13-2/22)
- Requests for time off are limited and will be strictly reviewed
- Candidates must reside outside a 75 mile radius of the facility
- Former permanent employees must have been gone at least 1 year to be eligible
- No specific details provided regarding first-time traveler eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology
- Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS required
- LA State License required (temporary LSRT accepted; processing requires ARRT proof and fee)
