MRI Technologist

Location: Metairie, LA
Pay: $37 – $40 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (Shift details discussed during interview)

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Metairie, Louisiana. The MRI Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging studies while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with established protocols.

• Perform MRI exams per physician orders and department protocols
• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Operate MRI equipment and ensure image quality
• Document exams accurately in the EMR/EHR system
• Follow safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff

• ARRT certification in MRI required
• Active Louisiana license (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience preferred
• Knowledge of MRI safety standards and procedures
