• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Onboard applications into the employer environment and perform inventory maintenance
• Ensure application compliance in collaboration with external vendor contacts
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams
• Track project activities and provide regular status updates to management

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory directives related to software applications
• Experience working with application vendors in a technical capacity
• Previous involvement in auditing or compliance projects within the insurance industry
