The Gray Insurance Company is seeking an on-site End User Support Technician in Metairie, LA to deliver first-class service. You will install, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstations and related hardware/software, while diagnosing and resolving complex endpoint issues.
You’ll work with Network Engineers on connectivity problems and contribute to knowledge bases and asset tracking. A strong focus on timely problem resolution and excellent communication with end users is essential.
