Overview

We are a multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney licensed in Louisiana with 0-5 years of litigation experience. Our primary practice focuses upon legal collections. However, we maintain an hourly practice focused upon creditors' rights defense and general business litigation. This attorney position includes local travel for attendance at hearings throughout the state. No billable hour requirement.

• Handle litigation matters in accordance with the firm’s practice areas, including legal collections, creditors' rights defense, and general business litigation.
• Attend hearings and court appearances throughout the state, including local travel as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client communications; work with a flexible, non-billable-hour structure.

• Attorney licensed to practice in Louisiana.
• 0-5 years of litigation experience.
• Willingness to travel for hearings statewide.
• No billable hour requirement.

• Background checks and pre-hire drug screenings are required for all new hires.
