The Project Manager coordinates the work of all contractors and trades on hospital construction and renovation projects, acting as the primary liaison between the hospital, architects, engineers, and contractors. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Creates and maintains contractor s and sign‑in/out sheets for all construction projects and service personnel.
• Serves as liaison between the hospital, architects, engineers, and contractors for design, construction, and engineering needs.
• Prepares, reviews, and revises drawings and specifications as required.
• Devises procedures and plans to achieve project goals, especially in non‑standard or unusual situations.
• Maintains project status reporting and ensures all project needs are identified, performed, and documented.
• Interprets architectural and engineering blueprints to evaluate impact on hospital services and operations.
• Monitors and implements measures to meet all regulatory standards and codes.
• Assists in preparation of operational and capital budgets, and ensures forecasts remain within approved parameters.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 2 years of construction management and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of project management principles, business administration, financial practices, human resources principles, electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong knowledge in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
• Solid computer and systems knowledge.
