Registered Nurse RN - Emergency Room – Full‑Time

LCMC Health is seeking a self‑motivated and dedicated Emergency Room Nurse who excels in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering time‑sensitive, high‑quality, evidence‑based care and will thrive in a collaborative, teamwork‑centric setting. This role requires a passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering high‑standard clinical practice.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical practice and adhere to evidence‑based protocols.

• Valid Louisiana nursing license or temporary permit.
• American Heart Association BLS‑HCP certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, and VAD competency.
• Preferred certifications: TNCC and ENPC.

• Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment with excellent time‑management.
