Bartender

As a Bartender, you’re at the heart of the fun—creating exceptional guest moments through great drinks, lively energy, and genuine connection. You’ll prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately according to Pickle N Pins recipes and standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service—engaging with guests, taking orders, and anticipating their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, counters, and equipment.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety.
• Assist with restocking supplies, inventory counts, and end-of-shift cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with servers, bar backs, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred (restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality setting)
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with a fun, upbeat personality
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Current Bar Card, Responsible Vendor, or equivalent alcohol service certification (where applicable)
