Base Pay Range

The Paretti Family of Dealerships is growing and has immediate opportunities for seasoned salespersons with 2 years luxury automotive industry experience for the Metairie location. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to vehicle delivery. Your goal is to provide an outstanding buying experience and ownership. Generous commission pay plans with earnings potential based upon sales volumes and customer experience ability, good benefits, great working environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
• Showcase Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct test drives to help customers make informed decisions.

• Effectively present pricing, options, and incentives to customers.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer enthusiasm in a modern luxury environment.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• We will provide the necessary training for team members to be Jaguar Land Rover Certified Sales Executive.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on vehicle maintenance and service plans.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in sales and finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales and financing transactions.

• Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands and proven track record of high CSI/NPS Results.
• Knowledge of financing and insurance products related to vehicle sales.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software.
