Pickleball Pro

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pickleball Pro to join our team at Pickle N Pins. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in pickleball, with a strong background in running tournaments, offering lessons, and setting up leagues. This role requires a passion for the sport and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Tournament Management: Organize, run, and oversee pickleball tournaments, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality play.
• Lesson Instruction: Provide individual and group lessons, catering to players of all skill levels, and foster a supportive learning environment.
• League Organization: Develop, set up, and manage pickleball leagues, including scheduling, team formation, and league administration.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring a positive experience for all players.
• Program Development: Create and implement programs to promote pickleball, enhance player engagement, and drive participation.
• Facility Oversight: Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of the pickleball courts and related facilities.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions related to pickleball activities.

• Proven experience and proficiency in pickleball, with a strong understanding of the game and its strategies.
• Experience in running tournaments and leagues, with a track record of successful event management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and engage with players.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth event execution.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or sports management is a plus.
