The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of multiple civil engineering projects.

Working closely with Account Managers, Site Supervisors, Design Managers and Estimators, you'll coordinate technical delivery, resources, programmes, budgets and project risks while maintaining excellent HSE standards. You'll also work directly with clients and commercial stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned, resolving issues proactively and ensuring projects meet specification, timescale and commercial objectives. It's a varied role requiring someone who can see the bigger picture while staying close enough to the detail to keep projects moving.

Where You'll Make an Impact Lead Successful Project Delivery
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple civil engineering projects.
• Plan and manage project teams, resources, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, risks and variations.
• Ensure technical delivery meets project scope, specifications and compliance requirements. Keep Projects Technically & Commercially Strong
• Work with the Design Manager to verify buildability, compliance and resolve technical queries.
• Review quotations and tenders alongside Estimators to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain effective financial control and identify project risks early.
