Procurement Manager

KBW Financial Staffing has teamed up with a $150 million, privately held distribution company that services commercial customers. We are searching for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of purchasing and logistics. This position will be a hands‑on role coordinating logistics, purchasing of equipment and parts, and supporting operations to achieve business goals. This is a high‑profile role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The company is located in the Methuen, MA area.

• Manage a small team, provide leadership by example and mentor all business operations.
• Supervise planning, logistics and consistently update the organizational plan.
• Reporting and analysis on inventory, etc.
• Work with Marketing and Sales departments/managers on forecast analysis, trends, backorders and inventory levels.
• Oversee international and domestic buying / planning process to ensure inventories meet planning and forecast needs.
• Work with new suppliers to plan and prepare purchasing strategies.
• Material procurement, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 6+ years of Supply Chain / Purchasing Management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including experience with ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• International experience desired.

Pay is up to $110-130k based on experience.
