Monday through Friday, during regular school hours

* Pay: $20 - $25+ per hour, based on experience and education

Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and reliable Teacher's Aides and Educational Instructional Aides to join our team for the  academic year. Positions are available across a range of grade levels, from preschool through high school. You'll play a key role in supporting teachers, facilitating classroom activities, and assisting students in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist classroom teacher in coordinating and implementing daily lesson plans and activities

* Help maintain a developmentally appropriate and organized classroom environment

* Provide support in Pre-School, Elementary, Middle, or High School classrooms

* Work one-on-one with students as needed, including those with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges

* Keep the teacher informed about students' progress, abilities, and any concerns

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

* Para Pro Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred

* Experience working with students in a classroom setting

* Ability to engage positively and professionally with students, parents/guardians, and staff

* Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or emotional development is a strong plus
