Member Services Representative – Core Development & Management (Planet Fitness)

Pay RangeBase pay: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr actual pay will depend on skills and experience.

- Greet members and guests; assist with questions or concerns during check‑in/out.
- Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging members on the club floor.
- Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, elevate issues to the Club Manager.
- Answer phones courteously and assist callers.
- Perform membership functions: sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collections, and transfers.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals; contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
- Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
- Maintain regular cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment, Recovery Zone, restrooms, and common areas.
- Quickly address safety or policy issues and cleanliness concerns during comprehensive walks.
- Address maintenance and facility issues such as broken equipment or leaking fixtures.

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shifts.
- Continuous in‑person or phone communication.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
- Flexibility to bend, twist, and maneuver as needed.
