Salary: $70,000 - $86,000.

Schedule:

Full‑Time Monday‑Friday. Offer based on years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
